Historic rehabilitation project of 3-story building to be converted into office and retail spaces.
DC Construction was contracted to do the following work:
Historic rehabilitation to preserve and repair the upper levels that retained historic fabric.
Removal of old strefronts.
Construction of new storefronts that meet standards for the street level.
Conversion of upper two levels into offices.
Installation of auto fire sprinkler system and smoke detectors throughout.
